IPO readiness & listing support

IPO readiness & listing support

A listing is a finance function test.

Build the finance capability a listed company needs, before you list.
Whether you're planning an SME IPO or a main-board listing, the finance function has to change: audited track records, governance, controls, timely reporting, and the ability to answer questions from regulators, auditors and investors.

We build that readiness, and work alongside your merchant banker, auditors and lawyers through the process.

What's included

Ready before, supported during, strong after.

Before the IPO: readiness
  • IPO readiness assessment of your finance function
  • Clean, audit-ready financial statements for the track-record years
  • Governance, internal controls and approval processes
  • A finance team and CFO capability to listed-company standards
  • MIS and reporting that can be produced on time, every quarter
During the IPO: support
  • Financial data and schedules for the offer document
  • Support to the merchant banker, auditors and legal advisors
  • Due diligence responses and data room management
  • Projections and use-of-proceeds analysis
After listing: reporting
  • Quarterly and half-yearly results
  • Disclosure-ready financial information
  • Ongoing finance function, controls and investor reporting
Is your finance function listing-ready?

Five questions to ask today.

  • Are your books closed and reconciled every month, on time?
  • Would your last three years of financials stand up to scrutiny?
  • Do you have documented controls and approvals?
  • Could you publish quarterly results within weeks of quarter-end?
  • Is there a CFO who can answer investors and regulators?
If any answer is no, start building now. Readiness takes longer than the listing.

Clearly defined

Who does what in an IPO.

An IPO is led by a SEBI-registered merchant banker, with statutory auditors, legal advisors and the exchange. Vasudhaiva does not act as merchant banker. We build and run the finance readiness behind your listing, and work alongside the professionals who lead it.

Questions we hear
SME IPO or main board?

It depends on your size, track record and plans. Your merchant banker advises on the route; we make sure your finance function is ready for either.

How early should we start?

Ideally 12–24 months before a planned listing. Track-record financials, controls and a reporting rhythm can't be built in a few weeks.

Is IPO readiness only for companies planning to list?

No. The same discipline suits any business preparing for a large raise, an acquisition or a professional board.
